My on struggle with my weight continues. It does not seem to bother my husband as much as it does me. I have tried various things and one of the problems I have is keeping to it. I need a form of exercise that is fun yet that I can do in my home, or in a group setting. I would like to try Yoga. It looks like it would fit my schedule and lifestyle. I know I would need some yoga equipment, like jade mats so that I would not be doing my exercises on the floor. The think I like about yoga is that it can help me physically and mentally.
