My daughters and I were recently invited to go on vacation with one of the family of one of their swim team members. To get where we were going, we had to cross open water in a small boat. The boat became swamped and me along with my camera ended up in the water. Needless to say my camera was ruined. This got me searching for a new camera and while doing so I learned about “trail cameras”, the type of camera you put along suspected game rails or other wilderness areas, to capture images or video of wild animals. I wonder what is the best trail camera? By reading reviews, I was really amazed about the capabilities of this type of camera and can really see the application in studying wildlife or just in monitoring their activity.
