School Camping

Mj was accepted to Red Cross Youth in the school, she is one of the participants to be trained last Friday until Sunday. The first day was she said she was very hyper but got sick Saturday night. They had camping but it rained on Friday night so they decided to stay in the class room, their training included crawling in the mud, first aid and how to rescue somebody and give them first aid. When I fetched her at school last Sunday, she was so exhausted after breakfast she slept the whole day, she woke up around 6 p.m. already. She said her camping was very memorable but was tiring especially when she got sick because of the smoke from the fire they made for their meal.

Nutrition Month

Nutrition Month is in July and this is not the Buwanang Wika, I really thought it is the Buwanang Wika because of the costume they need to wear during the event. Faith was required to wear ethnic attire. During Nutrition Month the pupils need to bring different fruits and vegetables. The Go Grow Glow came in; my daughter always reminded me that these foods are good for our health. I just bought a cabbage, it was so abrupt I was not able to prepare so whatever I saw in the street, and I just grabbed it. So far I guess Faith did not scold me lol. Happy Nutrition Month kids, pictures will be followed.
