This Acquaintance Party

My eldest daughter is getting busy with her music band. They had an audition last Friday and last night she found out that her band was one of the music bands that would compete this coming Friday for their acquaintance party. I couldn’t be more proud of her achievement; playing drum is one of the things she want to do, next to swimming. Bad thing though because I can’t watch her play, it is not that I don’t have time but it is because parents are not allowed anymore to watch them.

First Family Day Of Their School

This Sunday, my daughter’s school is having a Family Day, I wanted to passed that one out, I mean Sunday is only our day to just rest at home but because our daughter needs us to be there, we should be present on this day at school. This is the first Family Day that the school will be hosted. Well, they just started this school last two years; the Principal even told me that the batch of Mj is their first batch for Grade 7. My husband is not here so maybe I will just tag my youngest daughter with me, I am not sure if the two college girls will be attending with us. Aside from it is the first Family Day of the school and they need the parents to support this activity, Mj will also one of those who are going to perform, she will be handling the Melodica in Drum and Bugle. I am excited to see her performing with the Drum and Bugle groups.

No Class For One Week

My daughter will have no class for one week to give way for their school foundation day. Yesterday, they opened the program with a blast; I had so much fun looking at the kids wearing colorful costumes. Even though I was so tired trying to assist the teacher and redesigning the costume of Mj. It was paid off because the presentation of each group was so wonderful. In some way, it relieved my stress especially when the parents of the kindergarten danced with all their might, it was amazing to see them showing their talents for their little toddlers, oh well they have to because there will be additional points for their kids performance at school if they participate. Good thing my daughter is not in kindergarten anymore, so we are exempted. So we are all resting for one week, except for her Kumon and training, Faith still needs to go to school but let’s see I hope her colds will be gone by tomorrow.
